A unique option that HealthStream Research can provide employee research clients is the ability to administer the Employee Insights survey via the HealthStream Learning Center (HLC) platform.  HealthStream Research has the ability to establish a “course” to be administered via the HLC that will direct the user to the HealthStream Research online survey administration tool.  This option ensures confidentiality of the data yet assists hospital leaders and managers to know who has completed a survey. 

In addition, depending upon how work groups are set up in the HLC, administering the survey via the HLC can expedite initial startup time as well as provide a cost savings.  Furthermore, this option provides an easy and quick solution to conduct ad hoc surveys or pulse surveys to selected individuals, groups, or departments to monitor progress.
