| Complimentary Webinar: HCAHPS is Coming - Is Your Hospital Ready?
Join The Jackson Organization for a Complimentary Webinar that will Help Prepare Your Hospital for HCAHPS
Is your hospital ready for HCAHPS? Not participating in the HCAHPS Quality Initiative could affect your reimbursement rates from CMS.
On February 2, 2006, CMS hosted the first training for the National Implementation of the CAHPS Hospital Survey, also known as HCAHPS. The Jackson Organization, in our commitment to being the HCAHPS experts, was right there to participate when a wide range of (very important!) details regarding the implementation of HCAHPS was reviewed. After years of development, review, and revision, the HCAHPS process is finally being defined.
The time has arrived for hospitals to get ready. CMS is preparing to begin the dry run in the Spring of 2006. To provide our clients with the latest information from CMS and to help them prepare for the imminent dry run, The Jackson Organization will be holding a complimentary HCAHPS Webinar on Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions of our HCAHPS experts.
This webinar will review the latest information from CMS on the HCAHPS Initiative, provide an overview of the recent National Implementation training session conducted by CMS, and identify the steps that hospitals need to take to participate in this quality initiative.

| The Jackson Organization Prepares for Move to New Headquarters
Everyone here at The Jackson Organization is excited about our upcoming move to new headquarters—but there is plenty for all of you to be excited about as well!
The move is tentatively scheduled for a weekend in early April. So that there will be minimal impact on our clients, The Jackson Organization will be shutting down its offices at noon on a Friday, and we will launch service from our new HQ on Monday morning. We will keep you informed along every step of the way, so as soon as an exact move date is finalized, you’ll be the next to know!
The new headquarters will be located at 7710 Montpelier Road in Laurel, Maryland. To meet the growing needs of our clients, our new headquarters will provide space for more interviewers (which will lead to even faster data collection!), improved data storage security (we already exceed all industry standards for data security, and we’re about to redefine excellence yet again) and room for just about every department to grow.
