Success Story: Physicians - Cayuga's Highway to Excellence
It’s not enough to connect to your physicians—you need to create an environment where they connect right back, through your employees. Cayuga Medical Center didn’t just talk to their physicians—they listened. The physicians didn’t just sit back and soak up the ideas of administration—they brought their own fresh ideas to the table. The results, goals, strengths, weakness—everything was transparent throughout the entire organization. As Cayuga Medical Center learned, once you open up a highway for dialogue, don’t be surprised if everybody wants to make the trip.

StatData 3.0 - We've Heard Your Comments
|
After the release of StatData version 3.0, we heard from several organizations regarding technical and performance issues with this latest release. We are actively working to address these issues to ensure smooth reporting regardless of your bandwidth or server capacity. Until we make these modifications, we are making StatData 2.0 available for your use.
Now, after logging into the StatData system, you will be given the option of choosing the previous version — StatData 2.0 — or the most recent version, StatData 3.0.
You may switch back and forth between versions as needed, however saved reports are not transferable between versions. Once we fully transition back to 3.0 exclusively, any new saved reports from version 2.0 will not transfer to 3.0. Also, the expanded reporting capabilities available in 3.0 are not available in 2.0.
If you have any questions regarding these changes, please contact your Project Manager.

Around the Office — Meet the Book Club
It seems like every month, somebody at The Jackson Organization takes the initiative and comes up with a great idea. Values in Action — Katrina Relief
In times of trouble, having a list of core values is not quite the same as putting those core values into action. Like many others, The Jackson Organization found itself shocked by the recent devastation wrought by nature. What “best practices” can be formed from so much tragedy?
Hurricane Katrina presented one of the greatest challenges ever faced by our nation. The Jackson Organization responded by matching 100% of employee donations—and our employees responded generously. When Dave Jackson, our president and CEO, committed the company to matching employee donations for tsunami relief and for the recent hurricanes, he put our vision, mission, and values into action. In addition to ongoing relief efforts, each year The Jackson Organization selects one national charitable organization in which to make a donation.
Charity also begins at home. One of the core values of The Jackson Organization is having a workplace characterized by trust, friendship and teamwork. When a dear employee passed away this year, our company committed to matching donations to his family. Again, our employees responded spectacularly.
It’s not just our company that has these values—our employees act on these values. Keep Measuring, keep Improving, keep Thriving—and keep Giving.
