In 2006, The Chester County Hospital, in West Chester Pennsylvania embarked on a multiyear, proactive to take control of their future.  The overall goal was to create a platform for organizational performance excellence that would endure year after year.  Their leaders recognized that the most important element of the campaign was to engage employees in this journey through communication, behavioral accountability and positive leadership modeling.  Each year, efforts were targeted specifically to key objectives to accomplish organization-wide improvements.  During this webinar, three key leaders of this organization will share their vision, 5 year plan, strategies, results and lessons learned.
