Overview
One thing is certain across all healthcare domains; change is constant.  Change within an organization hinges on the collective direction of individual behavior and attitude.  In this presentation we will discuss specific examples of how to select the team members with the right attitude and behavior set, how to build critical mass and guide departmental change toward consistent outcomes to achieve improved patient and physician satisfaction.

Objectives

Upon completion of this continuing education activity, participants should be able to:

1.    Describe the effects of employee turnover related to satisfaction goals.

2.    Cite examples of how to select behaviors and attitudes over skill set.

3.    Describe the importance and effects of team driven change.

4.    Connect causal relationship between patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction and  physician satisfaction.
